The real estate market is crazy right now (summer 2020) and they worked their butts off to help us, including writing offers late on both Friday and Sunday evenings and getting our house sold in one weekend to make our lives easier. We were going through a divorce and were obviously wanting a good price --as everyone does -- but our proceeds would be split. At times dealing with our different personalities must have been tricky, but he was a steady hand when we had to make decisions. Dan took a text message at I think 2:30 am at one point, waiting for confirmation of the buyer's loan approval. The first buyer flaked out but with his advice and connections he helped keep the interest flowing, and we still sold an upper bracket home quickly, a big relief.
